Synopsis

A wave of KAOS operatives is converging on Washington, each concealing a component of a devastating bomb intended for an American installation. Max and the Chief manage to capture one of these agents, extracting crucial information through a combination of deception and force. Their pursuit leads them to Blue Mist Mountain, where the responsibility of disarming the device falls to 86. His only resources are Parker's voice over the shoe phone, a single coin, and an exceptionally costly tie.
