Synopsis

The dancer and rebel Enilio Naharana pilfered a novel CONTROL-developed drug, Immobilo, intending to deploy it against the Ambassador of Pinerovia. Immobilo induces instantaneous paralysis, and Naharana’s scheme was to prevent the Ambassador from signing a treaty with the United States. To thwart this audacious plot, Max and 99 adopted disguises. Alas, Max's lack of dancing ability proved his undoing, and he was apprehended.
