Synopsis

George seeks a companion for his grieving mother, but his efforts are thwarted when a boisterous biker – played by Duane "Dog" Chapman – refuses to relinquish the stray dog she has grown so fond of. In desperation, George resorts to impersonating the mayor, a role guest-starred in by Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa himself.
