Synopsis

The city of Halifax is convulsed by a tide of unrest, fueled by a fervent desire for political upheaval. It is a perilous moment for a Conservative, particularly for one who is also a woman who loves women, yet Anne Lister resolutely refuses to withdraw from the spotlight.
