Synopsis

After a four-week passage from Paris to Copenhagen, Anne discovers a welcome and admiration within Danish high society. She stretches her usual style to attend a birthday ball hosted by Queen Marie. But when troubling news reaches her from Shibden, she is confronted with a choice: remain in Europe or return to her homeland.
