Synopsis

Satoshi Tajiri, the head of Game Freak and the visionary behind the Pokémon series, held Namco in high regard. During the mid-1980s, he and Ken Sugimori developed their own Famicom game, *Quinty*, successfully securing a deal to sell it to Namco. Eventually, in the late stages of season 8, *Quinty* became Arino’s next undertaking.
