Six months later, the department’s beloved section chief returns. Season five, constrained by Arino's family obligations to just six episodes, nonetheless promises its usual level of enjoyment. His initial challenge, Umihara Kawase, presents a novel game, but his new assistant director, Inoue, may prove even more distinctive than the game itself.
