Synopsis

Jesse found himself the unlikely inheritor of the Smash Club, a legacy passed down from Buzz Markel. Though the band and its members had once graced the club's stage more often than any other, it had remained shuttered for nearly two years. The ownership would be his only if he could resurrect the venue; failure meant demolition, replaced by asphalt. Drawing on suggestions from D.J., Kimmy, Stephanie, and Steve, Jesse envisioned a new Smash Club—a welcoming space for music lovers of all ages
