Synopsis

They pursued a man wanted for his girlfriend's attempted murder, their search leading them to the sun-drenched streets of San Diego. From there, they ventured into territory controlled by a cartel, seeking a convicted trafficker. Their path then crossed with that of a female drug smuggler, a phantom who perpetually evaded capture, never lingering in one place for long.
