Synopsis

In 1983, El Salvador was a land steeped in violence. Murder and torture were commonplace; loved ones vanished without a trace, and truth seemed a distant phantom. This is a nation consumed by conflict, where the cycle of brutality persists. Through firsthand accounts from soldiers, rebels, and civilians caught in the crossfire, we seek to understand the enduring nature of this violence. We ask: why does the killing continue?
