Synopsis

When Congress mandated a national recreation site between Cleveland and Akron in 1974, the project was met with widespread approval. However, Frontline later revealed that the park's policies of condemning hundreds of businesses and homes sparked fierce local opposition, along with accusations that properties belonging to politically influential individuals were being deliberately excluded.
