Ross found his efforts to explain Hanukkah to Ben repeatedly derailed; the boy remained stubbornly fixated on Santa Claus. Elsewhere, Phoebe was making preparations to return to her renovated apartment, Rachel’s presence a desired, yet uncertain, element of the equation.
