Synopsis

Phoebe and Rachel resolve to begin running together, though Rachel finds herself somewhat self-conscious of Phoebe's peculiar approach to the activity. Elsewhere, Joey has taken on a new female roommate and makes a conscious effort to avoid any hint of flirtation. In the living room, Chandler attempts to surprise Monica with a clean apartment, but his efforts are hampered by a regrettable lack of organizational skill. Ross endeavors to assist him in restoring order.
