Synopsis

In a haze of alcohol, Rachel is gently coaxed into leaving a message for Ross, confessing emotions she'd long kept hidden. Ross now faces a difficult choice between her unexpected declaration and the stability of his relationship with Julie. Elsewhere, Monica finds an opportunity as Chandler's personal trainer, while Phoebe struggles with intimacy and frustration in her romantic life.
