Synopsis

Driven by a desire to foster responsibility in her younger sister, Amy, Rachel disregards Ross’s firm objections and permits Amy to babysit Emma, a decision she soon comes to regret. Separately, Joey offers to draft a letter of recommendation for Monica and Chandler's adoption agency, though he worries about appearing overly erudite. And in a turn of events, Phoebe inadvertently undermines Mike's planned anniversary surprise for her.
