Synopsis

To soften the increasingly violent content of contemporary cartoons, the network employs a system called 'Relax-o-Vision.' This process overlays tranquil scenes onto the more intense moments of the day's programming. Freakzoid initially accepts this intrusion upon his show, but eventually resolves to challenge the censors directly.
