Synopsis

In observance of "Bus Safety Month," Mr. Owl appoints Bear as the bus patrol officer. Well-versed in the regulations and seemingly adept at his duties, Bear soon finds himself issuing citations to his friends, causing considerable displeasure. Franklin voices his opinions on how he would manage the route, a sentiment he quickly regrets when he unexpectedly finds himself in the same position. Both he and Bear ultimately learn a valuable lesson.
