Synopsis

Franklin’s companions, Beaver and Bear, have formed a band, and Franklin longs to be a part of it. However, his sister Harriet has claimed the instrument he desires. It becomes a matter for his friends to demonstrate that his own imagination and creative spirit are all the instruments he truly needs to make music.
