Synopsis

Franklin and his companions were enjoying a game of baseball when the Churchill Bears, a visiting team en route to a significant tournament, arrived at the field. Mr. Mole knew them and had invited them to play. He arranged a match between the two teams, but upon witnessing the Bears' skill, Franklin and his friends attempted to withdraw, fearing they would be thoroughly defeated.
