Synopsis

Franklin took considerable pride in his small garden, a pride that began to wane when he discovered a caterpillar feasting on his petunias. He attempted various measures to deter the creature, but Mr. Mole offered an explanation of the caterpillar's role in the ecosystem. This revelation shifted Franklin’s perspective entirely, broadening his understanding of his garden and the interconnectedness of all living things within it.
