Synopsis

Franklin was determined to have the latest, most eye-catching helmet. He took such pride in it, until a conversation overheard amongst his friends cast a shadow on his satisfaction. Consequently, he chose to forgo wearing the new helmet for the bicycle safety test, a decision that ultimately proved detrimental; without proper head protection, he failed to meet the requirements.
