Synopsis

The air crackled with anticipation; it was Halloween, and the town thrummed with excitement for the upcoming party. Strange sounds and fleeting apparitions were commonplace, and for a moment, Franklin suspected it might be Bear. But then he learned Bear was home, laid up with the flu.
