Synopsis

Four blacksmiths compete in this Civil War-inspired challenge, each tasked with transforming either a weighty cannonball or a handful of small grapeshots into the iconic Arkansas Toothpick knife. Having endured a rigorous series of trials, two smiths now return to their forges to replicate General Ulysses S. Grant’s Donelson Sword. Only two will advance to the final confrontation, where they will battle for the prize: a $10,000 check and the title of Forged in Fire Champion.
