Synopsis

A small community in upstate New York was shattered by the death of Patty Wlasiuk, whose truck plunged into a lake. Her husband, Peter, recounted narrowly escaping the same fate. Initial investigations leaned towards an accident, but blood tests revealed she was sober. The discovery of burdock seed pods clinging to her hair and clothing suggested a far more sinister truth: this was not an accident, but a deliberate act of violence.
