Synopsis

A passerby discovered the torso of a woman within a cardboard box in 1984. Investigators turned to a forensic entomologist, analyzing insect activity to estimate the time of death. The victim remained unidentified for a year, until her sister reported her missing. Eventually, she was identified and a man convicted of her murder. But could further advancements in forensic entomology have altered the course of the investigation?
