Synopsis

In Tampa Bay, the bodies of Joan Rogers and her two daughters were discovered adrift. The water had obscured any immediate clues, but a handwritten note recovered from their car offered a glimmer of hope. Police, determined to find the perpetrator, displayed oversized copies of the note on billboards along major highways, hoping it would spark a lead.
