Synopsis

In the afternoon of May 20, 2001, Carrie Nelson, a twenty-year-old state park employee, was fatally beaten in the park office while working alone. Though ample evidence lay at the scene, it pointed away from the primary suspect. Six years passed, accumulating six hundred leads, before advancements in DNA technology allowed investigators to identify and convict the perpetrator.
