Synopsis

Dorothy Donovan was found murdered in her Dover, Delaware home in 1991. Her son, Charles Holden, claimed the perpetrator was a hitchhiker he had picked up, but police met his account with doubt. His reluctance to submit to a polygraph only deepened their skepticism. As investigators delved deeper, they focused on the forensic evidence left at the scene: bloodstains and fingerprints. Would these clues corroborate Charles' narrative or expose him as the killer?
