Synopsis

He insisted he couldn't have struck the pedestrian on a Harrisburg street. The Jeep Grand Cherokee he’d been leasing at the time had been sold months prior to someone out of state. Police located the vehicle, impounded it, and meticulously dismantled it, seeking the evidence that would reveal the truth of that night.
