Synopsis

The scientist sought out Bud, requesting permission to borrow Flipper for a unique investigation. They struck an agreement, a pact sealed with mutual understanding. Soon after, Flipper’s abilities were needed; a call came in to assist in locating a diver who had vanished beneath the waves.
