Synopsis

The fate of two pilots, downed in the ocean and entombed within their wreckage, rests on the shoulders of Porter and Sandy. They must act swiftly, aided by the unexpected assistance of Flipper and Bud, whose recently sharpened talents as secret agents prove invaluable in this desperate situation.
