Synopsis

Bea received a promotion, but her elation was quickly tempered by the reality of her first task: she was responsible for informing a colleague of their termination. The news was made all the more difficult by the fact that Milo and Oscar were the ones affected. After a thorough evaluation of each employee, Bea concluded that the most compassionate course of action was to assist them in finding new employment.
