Synopsis

With Principal Stickler vanished, Bea stepped into the role of headmistress. Her initial policies, however, drew the disapproval of Nurse Fishington, who urged Bea to adhere to established procedures. The truth of Fishington’s origins was a closely guarded secret: a mechanical creation of Stickler's, designed to absolve him of his duties. Now, Bea must find a way to safeguard the school from the very automaton its former principal had built to run it.
