Synopsis

Freshwater is ablaze with Halloween excitement, and the friends are eager for overflowing bags of candy. But Jocktopus is terrorizing trick-or-treaters, snatching their sugary rewards. To secure their treats and avoid his wrath, Milo, Oscar, and Bea venture beyond the confines of the tanks, embarking on a trick-or-treating adventure into the wider world.
