Synopsis

Principal Stickler announced that the boys would construct a float, and the girls another, but the announcement ignited a dispute. Milo, having failed to devise a plan himself, instead tasked one of the boys with espionage. The resulting displays of their efforts were disastrous; both floats collapsed, ultimately coalescing into what Principal Stickler wryly termed "a Principal Stickler Float."
