Synopsis

While playing with the other children and sending their kites soaring through the sky, Mandy found herself longing to fly above Pontypandy Mountain. Hannah overheard and told her that her father, Joe Sparkes, happened to have precisely what she needed…and it turned out to be a magnificent hot air balloon!
