Synopsis

Norman fancied himself an accomplished sailor and insisted on taking Dilys out on the water. Meanwhile, Mandy, James, and Sarah were enjoying a lively time flying Station Officer Steele’s new kite; however, when it came to Steele’s own turn at the string, the kite soared too high and became entangled on the roof of the Floods' house.
