Synopsis

Norman Price constructed a go-kart using bits and pieces gathered from across Pontypandy; however, many of these components had been taken without asking, creating inconvenience for their original owners. On its first outing, Norman lost control of the vehicle and tumbled off the harbour wall. Fortunately, Fireman Sam was on hand to assist him.
