Synopsis

The people of Pontypandy awoke to find their town submerged beneath floodwater. Fireman Sam and helicopter pilot Tom Thomas did what they could to assist, while Fireman Elvis Cridlington and Firefighter Penny Morris launched the rescue boat to help those in need. Elsewhere, Norman Price set off in search of Woolly and Lambikins.
