Synopsis

Halloween had arrived in Pontypendy, and everyone was eagerly anticipating the grand party at the Floods’ home. Norman Price, caught up in the festive mood, decided to play a prank, claiming that Pontypandy was haunted by a ghost. Unfortunately, his mischief escalated, resulting in a fire breaking out at the Floods' house. Thankfully, Fireman Sam, along with Elvis and Station Officer Steele, were quickly on hand to save the day.
