Synopsis

Station Officer Steele produced a kite, affecting an air of playful familiarity as if it belonged to his nephew. He attempted to launch it at the Flood’s residence, but the kite promptly became entangled high on their roof. Simultaneously, Norman Price, Charlie Jones and Dilys Price found themselves requiring assistance out at sea. With Fireman Sam in command at the Fire Station, he swiftly mobilized a rescue operation.
