Synopsis

The annual Pontypandy harbor parade was underway, and Hannah was fiercely set on winning it this year with her Submaster 2000. However, in her eagerness to outpace the other boats, she chose to disregard a few of her father’s carefully installed safety measures—a decision that ultimately led to victory for the most unexpected craft.
