Synopsis

Licht disclosed to his fellow members of the Eighth his clandestine surveillance for Haijima. He and Shinra then devised a strategy: to infiltrate the child pyrokinesis laboratory where Shinra had once been institutionalized, hoping to unearth damaging information about Haijima.
