Synopsis

Stone and Briggs arrest African diplomat Nburu for attempted murder after he attacks fund-raising expert Charlie Finnerman. The more they investigate, they discover that the expert is a possible fraud. Criminal Lawyer Clinton Judd arrives to defend the diplomat on the charges, but matters turn worse when Nburu is found standing over the body of Finnerman, and Stone and Briggs wrestle Nburu down a flight of stairs, injuring him.
