Synopsis

In Canada, Mae begins a journey of recovery in rehabilitation, and finds herself unexpectedly drawn back to a figure from her earlier life. Separately, George grapples with a profound sense of loss, adrift in the absence of Mae and searching for meaning in a world that now feels empty.
