Synopsis

The fireman, himself living with a disability, declared himself sheriff of the street, taking it upon himself to enforce a strict order among his neighbors. He targeted infractions both large and small: boisterous music, dogs running loose. Tensions escalated during a birthday celebration, culminating in gunfire and a crimson stain spreading across the pavement.
