I really enjoyed this series, but I feel like occasionally the writing struggles to distinguish between what’s genuinely happening and how viewers would perceive events if they unfolded in modern-day Los Angeles. It becomes muddled then drags on, similar to many programs that lose momentum because the creative team seems stuck; consequently, these shows often stretch out the episodes until a fresh concept emerges or they simply end the series abruptly with a resolution.
