Synopsis

The theft of evidence from an FBI storage facility culminates in the death of an Emergency Response Team operative, revealing the presence of a pair of vigilantes targeting a sophisticated network involved in child exploitation. Simultaneously, Isobel is introduced to the newly appointed Assistant Director in Charge.
