Synopsis

Following a series of precise bombings in Queens, the team anticipates a full-blown gang war engulfing the city. However, a lead from Clay, an old Army comrade of OA's, shifts their focus to an unforeseen and formidable adversary. Separately, Scola persists in his difficulty finding a new partner.
