Synopsis

The death of a truck driver, executed after a standard run from Canada, immediately implicates a prominent figure on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorists list. Simultaneously, Jubal finds himself collaborating with Detective Jack Lombardo, a familiar face from his past.
